Kaley Laird, a seasoned Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef with a career that has taken her to kitchens and bakeries from California to the Carolinas, is now in position as the second woman to ever lead Mimosa Grill’s kitchen in the restaurant’s nearly 30-year history.
Trained at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York, the Rochester, NY native is an ideal fit for the Uptown Charlotte mainstay. In her new role, she bridges the gap between regional culinary traditions and modern techniques, while providing a consistently delicious experience for guests.
